No coding interview at all, in practice. The screen was originally a 1h remote pair-programming round in TypeScript, algorithmic, no AI. A candidate pushed back on the no-AI constraint and they dropped the coding round entirely, replacing it with a practical system design conversation about past work. That loop ended in an offer.
