No whiteboard at all: a take-home on a near-real codebase with your own tools, then a paid trial of two to eight weeks at $25/hour. AI is allowed on work product, but you must disclose which tools you used, when, how, and how you evaluated the output. Using it to generate answers to interview questions is not allowed.
