Two coding rounds the same day: one with AI switched off, one AI-assisted.

The AI-assisted round is only partly that in practice. One candidate was asked mid-round to stop using AI and read back the code it had generated unaided. The rest of the onsite is a hiring manager screen, a project deep dive, and conversational rounds.
