Two separate coding rounds on the same day: a 1h "Backend Build" in CoderPad with AI switched off, and a 1h "AI-Assisted Interview". The AI-assisted round is only partly that in practice. One candidate was asked mid-round to stop using AI and read back the code it had generated unaided. The rest of the onsite is a hiring manager screen, a project deep dive, and conversational rounds.
