The handbook states plainly that AI use is encouraged in the interview process.

The technical interview is an async review of a self-contained merge request sent at least 72 hours ahead, then a 90-minute screen share walking through that review and writing code to improve it. A Duo-native loop is in design but is not the handbook default.
