Explicitly asks candidates to bring Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, whatever is already in their workflow. You screen-share and talk through it like a pull-request walkthrough, in any language or stack. Using AI does not count against you; blindly trusting it does, and "the AI wrote it" is not an accepted answer.
